Can't argue that H Clinton was a poor choice. Or that "basket of deplorables" did not hurt her. Kinda like CHUMP's garbage island.

I think that was a comment made by a stupid comedian, not tRUMP ...

Who gives a damn what some stupid comedian says about anything?

I certainly don't ...

And if one bothers to do some research, one does find that Puerto Rico is dirty and run-down, but this is America, where we must live lies, so we have to pretend it is a pristine island paradise ...

And as someone posted on the internet, if you drive through West Virginia or parts of Kentucky, Tennessee, Georgia, North Carolina, etc., especially the Appalachian areas, you will find mile after mile of trash.

Dilapidated houses, rusting cars, litter along the roadsides.

It is a symptom of poverty, the welfare system, laziness, lack of education/pride.

Sometimes it's a lack of opportunity/choices.

Some people just don't care.

They don't even bathe; why should they clean up the yard?

And so it goes.

If you ever travel to the third world, this is mostly what you see -- the very rich and the very poor, living side by side.

All the money in the world -- without the education, training, opportunities to work -- will not change a thing.

Good for them!

It's America!

Thanks to veterans like me, here in America they get to be upset about stupid remarks made by a stupid comedian without having to worry about the TonTon Macoutes coming after them to punish them ...

Said another way, ANYBODY in America who has the time to get very upset, or even a little upset, at stupid comments made by a stupid comedian at a stupid political rally has a lot more leisure time on their hands than I do ...

And a lot of emotional instability, as well, if stupid comments by stupid comedians can set them off like that ...

I remember Ed Sullivan would always have comedians on his show and I always thought their jokes were stupid ...

Certainly nothing to waste emotional energy on ...

But we have a lot of drama queens in America today, and apparently, those stupid comments by the stupid comedian at tRUMP's rally was grist they needed to get their mills really churning!

OH, the poor babies!

"Leisure time". Now there's a term I remember from the 70s when unions were strong, people had extra money and extra time to enjoy life. People were buying motor homes and boats, vacation homes and jet skis. There was an entire "Leisure Industry" getting started.

Then Ray-Gun.

Down with union wages and up with consumer credit, also known as consumer DEBT. And down with usury laws, so that credit cards can charge you 19% on that unpaid balance.

In 2024 people work three jobs just to pay rent and eat.

But the 1 percent, the CHUMP supporters, are doing just fine thank you very much.

So much for Leisure Time.

On another note, the head of the dock worker's union makes $900,000 per year, which has likely gone up since their strike ...

Maybe that's because he's doing a good job for his people. I remember when Harry Bridges cut a deal when container shipping began back in the 60s. He agreed to cut hiring and to let the people who are working the docks retire with a good pensions. Gradually his tactics were adopted by the East Coast dockworkers as well.

How much does CHUMP make just by selling bibles?

HAH!

He's taking that out of the pockets of his people ...

He's taking food off the plates of his people ...

He is exploiting his people is what he is doing ...

They have to work so he doesn't, and a share of their work is funneled off to feed his pocket ...

That's frankly obscene ...

And to date, tRUMP is said to have made $86.75 off of his Bible sales ...
