Spring is very close, and this following is a very good way, especially for those confined indoors who wish a relaxing full body exercise in a small space, for your mind, body and soul to greet spring, as wood is the element of spring.

It is performed and narrated by a very accomplished and knowlegeable young Chinese woman named Mimi Kuo Deemer who has a very pleasant voice to listen to as she guides you through the routine, which is 17.09 minutes long if you do the full routine, or you can extract portions like the deer frolic if you have less time, all of which can be done in a very small space as you are not stepping any distance:
