"Biden approval rating falls to new low in Gallup poll"
Caroline Vakil
29 JULY 2022
President Biden’s approval rating sank to a new low since Gallup conducted its first survey of the president’s approval rating in January 2021, according to a new poll it released on Friday.
Gallup also compared Biden’s average approval rating in the sixth quarter to that of elected presidents going back to former President Eisenhower, noting that Biden had the lowest average approval rating of them all at this point in the presidency at 40 percent.
Former Presidents Trump and Carter had the next lowest average approval rating in the sixth quarter at 42 percent, while former President George W. Bush had the highest average at that point at 75 percent.
The poll is more bad news for the president, who has continued to be mired in low approval ratings, one of several political headwinds facing Democrats ahead of the November midterms.

Re: COMMENTARY FROM jeffmoskin
Except that the former guy did a lot of damage which the old guy has mostly fixed up. If the old guy had 2 more real Dem Senators, he could have gotten a lot done. Unfortunately, he has Manchin and Sinema, two Republicans at heart who carry a (D) after their names.

The OLD GUY is senile and has DEMENTIA ...
Half the time or more, he is clueless about what he is talking about ...
The OLD GUY with DEMENTIA told us inflation was "transitory" ...
Now it is at record heights ...
As the OLD GUY takes us into a recession ...
And he is a worse president than tRUMP according to the American people, including Democrats ...

Rome fell from military over expansion and internal corruption. That could never happen here.
Re: COMMENTARY FROM jeffmoskin
Of course it can and it is as we speak ...
Especially the internal corruption which now exists in the sorry nation from the local dog catcher right on up through state governments and up into the Congress, which is a joke and nothing more than a high-priced whore house and into the white house ..,
Rome fell because the people of Rome grew too weak to defend themselves and had to turn that task over to the Germans ...

Re: COMMENTARY FROM jeffmoskin
“The ten miles square (WASHINGTON, D.C.), which is to become the seat of government, will of course be the place of residence for the president and the great officers of state — the same observation of a great man will apply to the court of a president possessing the powers of a monarch, that is observed of that of a monarch — ambition with idleness — baseness with pride — the thirst of riches without labour — aversion to truth — flattery — treason — perfidy — violation of engagements — contempt of civil duties — hope from the magistrate’s weakness; but above all, the perpetual ridicule of virtue.”
